His love for numbers and real estate initially led him to lending, and he went on to found McLean Home Loans. As Director, Matt is equally passionate about managing his team and supporting their growth, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment. Dedicated to customer service and streamlining processes, Matt is committed to providing a top-tier experience. Outside the office, he spends time with his family, watching his kids’ sports, and cheering on his horses. Matt is a proud Port AFL supporter and a fan of the NBA and NBL.

Jake dove straight into the finance industry after university, drawn to the world of lending where he’s been making his mark for over five years. His passion for helping clients secure their dream homes fuels his work, especially the thrill of calling clients with the good news of formal approval. As a winner in AFG’s Excellence Awards, Jake is a key member of the McLean Home Loans team. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course or exploring Adelaide’s restaurant scene with his partner, Ashlee, and their sausage dog, Coco, who rules the household.

Aaron’s finance journey began at Westpac in 2021, where his passion for helping clients achieve their property and finance milestones took root. His love for numbers initially led him to banking, but it’s the personal connections in brokering that truly reward him. Named a finalist for a major aggregator’s Best New Broker, Aaron is dedicated to guiding clients through each step with expertise and care. Outside of work, he’s an avid sports fan and enjoys quality time with friends, family, and his dog, Louie.

With more than 20 years' experience in finance and home lending, Michael is passionate about helping clients make confident decisions about their property and lending goals. His background in lending, credit and relationship management allows him to explain options clearly and provide genuine guidance. He enjoys helping clients achieve the right outcome, whether buying a home, refinancing, consolidating debt or investing. For Michael, mortgage broking is about building long-term relationships based on trust and clear communication. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, following sport, playing guitar, cooking and fishing along the South Australian coast.

Isabelle has been thriving in the finance industry since 2020, evolving from an admin trainee to an award-winning loan administrator. Known for her dedication to making each customer experience smooth and positive, Isabelle has earned AFG’s Best Loan Administrator award and now is a key member of broker support at McLean Home Loans. At home, she’s busy with renovations on her first house with her partner, Alex, and doting on her pets: Teddy the dog, and cats Lola and Walter.

Sharon has more than 20 years' experience in customer service, with a strong focus on building genuine, long-term relationships with clients in the finance industry. Known for her friendly approach, attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service, Sharon takes pride in making the home loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She is passionate about providing personalised support, clear communication and reliable guidance, helping clients feel informed and confident every step of the way. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and listening to live music.

Lisa brings over five years of experience in the mortgage industry, having progressed from a broker support role to becoming a fully qualified finance broker. Today, she works in a support role where she combines her industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping both clients and the team achieve the best possible outcomes. Lisa loves working behind the scenes to keep the lending process running smoothly and enjoys being part of each client's journey. With a strong focus on ongoing client care, Lisa also oversees annual loan reviews to ensure clients continue to have the most suitable lending solution long after settlement. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her partner, their two children, and their energetic Pomeranian, Marvel.

Having previously worked in the banking space, Tony developed a strong interest in lending and helping clients navigate their finance journey with confidence. Returning to the industry in 2026, he brings a customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for both new and existing clients. Tony enjoys building long-term relationships and prides himself on making the lending process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Tony enjoys keeping active, spending quality time with his close ones and watching sports in his spare time.

Lyanni has been bringing her expertise and friendly support to McLean Home Loans for over a year. With a passion for helping clients navigate their home-buying journey, Lyanni finds fulfilment in making the process as smooth as possible. A self-proclaimed cat lover with nine felines at home, she also enjoys online gaming and quiet evenings. You’ll often find her unwinding with a good game, surrounded by her beloved pets.

Anika enjoys supporting the team and helping ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. She takes pride in being dependable and organised, and is always eager to learn new skills that help her grow in her role while contributing to a smooth and productive workflow for both the team and clients. Outside of work, Anika enjoys baking and cooking for her family, watching musicals and films, and spending time outdoors with her three dogs - Vodka, Wookie, and Tokki - exploring new places and going for walks.

Yeon brings a diverse background across a range of roles and industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. As part of the Client Services team, she takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, supporting the team, and helping ensure every client receives a smooth and efficient experience throughout the loan process. Outside of work, Yeon enjoys the balance of both socialising and quiet time. Whether she's watching a great movie, getting immersed in a TV series, or relaxing with a good book, she values the opportunity to unwind and recharge.
